Johnny Thunder Rebirth Idea

Here's an idea I had for a Johnny Thunder: Rebirth under DC Rebirth. In this, Johnny Thunder returns to his youth and seeks to find his friends again in the Justice Society. This brings him into contact with Black Canary and Green Arrow, as Black Canary made her debut as a hero in Johnny's adventures. Not realizing it may be a different Dinah from the one he knew, Johnny unwittingly uses his magic word "Cei-U" and with his magic thunderbolt engages the Emerald Archer. How can Black Canary solve this conflict of heroes?
