Speakeasy Spinnerette: Model T Maid

One time I asked if there were any alternate worlds besides Golden, Silver, 90s, Evil, and Modern ages in Spinnerette. While he didn't plan any, here's one that I thought of: Spinnerette By Speakeasy. In the similar vein to Gotham By Gaslight, this "Else-Tales" story was made not by our beloved Editor but others of his kind that made unsanctioned Spinnerette worlds. This one specifically is a "Well, Maybe" story which tells "Well, maybe Spinnerette will still be fighting crime in the Roaring 20s"

Bio of Speakeasy-Maid:
Marilyn Song is an American-born Chinese from San Francisco, CA in a time where the Chinese Exclusion Act barred her parents from returning to their homes but a generation ago. Her Chinese name is Song Ma-Lian , 宋玛莲。 Her father was a man named Scholar Zhang while her mother was a woman who came from one of the people North and very far from the province of GuangDong. Marilyn lost her mother at birth and lost her father to violence against Chinese, as the Aryan Brotherhood killed him to try and take the secrets of Cherenkov-Kirby tonic, which Scholar Zhang helped develop. Marilyn was paralyzed from gang gunshot wounds, but she learned the secrets of the tonic from her father's dying breath. She would use the tonic, Model T car parts, and vinyl players to create a suit of armor for herself that would help her ambulate and fight crime as the Model T Maid. She would later learn that versions of Cherenkov-Kirby tonic would appear in speakeasys in Columbus, OH and so she went to Ohio to stop the production. There, she would meet a Curious social worker Heather Brown, the Spinnerette. Together, they would fight crime and help the targeted groups in Columbus. Her original costume did not have a QiPao, but it has been a new fashion introduced from Shanghai as a stand for Chinese feminism. She then adopted it into her own costume to stand for her pride as a Chinese in America.

The world of Speakeasy-Spinnerette:
While the year is 2020, history in this world is "stunted" compared to others as it is going through the "Roaring 20s" still after other worlds have since passed it. Culture, media and politics reflect these times, as music is in Jazz and Lounge genres in vein of our Postmodern Jukebox although they still use modern lyrics. Record players and Model T Cars are still the norm in technology, and other world's technology is seen as advanced past this time. However, racism is still prevalent and crime is notably commited by privileged groups against targeted groups. A new group called the "Ageless Aryan Brotherhood" absorbed all separate groups of white supremacist and started targeting non-white people, women, lower socioeconomic people, etc. to make their point. Crime fighters are commonly minorities in these groups who protect the disenfranchsied. Social Work is a newer field that was founded but a few generations ago with the rise of metropolitian areas. Superhumans are called "Curious People" in these worlds.
